engineer with over thirty years experience in engineering. The experience has
been with electric utility companies, design/build
contractors, and consulting engineering firms. His design experience includes
utility lines, pulp and paper mills, educational facilities, churches, water
and wastewater treatment plants, healthcare, hotels, office buildings, and
retail facilities. His primary responsibilities at Parsons Engineering are in
preliminary design, design standards and specifications, and quality control.
